Unlike other products that only allow web reservations to be made, the Hudson system introduces a whole new world of Internet channel marketing. You see, the Hudson system allows you to make web reservation "portals" for your individual clients. What this means is that your corporate accounts, hotels and visiting groups can each have their own portal; a reservation environment that is customized with the client's logo and colors, and where features can be changed to suit the need at hand.

You have a group coming to town that is using three specific hotels? Your portal will display only those three hotels.

You have special pricing for a corporate client? Their portal will deliver the special pricing.

You want to give special instructions to people attending a particular convention? The convention portal you make will send a special confirmation with those instructions to those making a reservation in the group portal.

AIRLINE CREW TRANSFER PORTAL - Look for locations to be limited to the 3 hotels used by the airline for crews. Services are limited to 1 service only. Account is Direct Bill so all credit card fields are removed. Airline defaults to appropriate selection.

HOTEL CONCIERGE QUIKREZ PORTAL - Departures one way are the only reservations many concierges want to be able to make. Note that the whole process is streamlined for the hotel staff's ease of use.

HOTEL GUEST PORTAL - Perfect for adding to the "how to get here" pages on the hotel web site.

GROUP PORTAL - Portal takes on group's identity. Locations limited to 2 hotels being used by group. Copy can be changed as needed on the portal without effecting other portals or the "global" configuration. Services can be customized for the group, service can be limited to only certain airports, special pricing can be applied and special instructions can be delivered.
