Ustik
President
& Chief Executive Officer
Mark Ustik has more than 20 years of business experience that
combines a rare blend of technical knowledge with extraordinary
marketing ability. His background is grounded in systems development
and network design in the communications industry for large international
enterprises, including Telematics International, The Associated
Press, British Petroleum, and various companies in Europe and
Asia. Ustik has founded and led successful transitions of three
technology and marketing companies, and has been instrumental
in the turnaround of both the technology division of a large organization
and a small communications firm that provided private label services
to major telecommunications companies.

backgrounds in many related and complimentary industries:
Derek
Skawinski
Vice
President Software Development
Derek Skawinski oversees the ever-expanding team of developers
at The Hudson Group. He ensures consistency in approach as new
modules are designed and coded. Derek has architected much of
the baseline functionality of the Hudson suite in concert with
Mark Ustik. Prior to joining Hudson in 2001, Derek was Vice President
and Treasurer of a large, successful shared ride airport transportation
company operating in eastern Massachusetts and serving Boston
Logan International Airport. Dereks eight years of experience
in ground transportation ensures that all technologies that he
works to integrate into Hudson applications contain features that
have real-world applicability to Hudsons ground transportation
clients.
Richard
Sorrentino
Vice
President Customer Satisfaction
Rich Sorrentino has the rewarding task of ensuring that Hudson
clients, both new and long-term, are having their Hudson software
and technology needs met each and every day. One of the founding
staff members of Hudson, Rich has performed or overseen every
new client setup and installation since joining Hudson in 2000.
Once the Hudson development team releases new features and functionality,
Rich ensures that it is configured according to each Hudson clients
specific and unique requirements. Having seen so very many different
client operations over the years, Rich has developed the extraordinary
ability to guide clients through the process of transitioning
to newly released Hudson technologies and ensuring that the result,
in each and every case, is an improvement in overall operational
efficiency. Reporting to Rich are department heads Robert Lentini-Technical
Support Manager, and Lyndy Burnham-Product Development, Documentation,
andMarketing.
Peter
Kowal
Business
Development Manager
Peter
Kowal is tasked with informing current Hudson clients of any new
products and releases that may help them to increase revenue or
streamline their business operation. Peter also investigates parallel
and vertical markets where Hudson applications and marketing efforts
should be directed. Peter oversees the Hudson sales effort and
manages the sales team members. Peter was lured to join The Hudson
Group in 2006 after a successful tenure as Enterprise Sales Manager
with FleetMatics, a European based company specializing in cutting
edge GPS and Automatic Vehicle Location systems. Hudson worked
closely with Peter to begin the integration of GPS and AVL services
into the fleets of the existing Hudson client base.
Mike
Kaliczak
Web
Product Manager
Mike Kaliczak is responsible for maximizing the benefits to Hudson
clients of integrating and transitioning to as many web-based
Hudson features as possible. Migrating to web based functionality
allows Hudson clients to expand their reach and global market
potential while simultaneously reducing operational overhead and
ensuring an easier, efficient traveler / end user experience.
Mike has assisted clients in achieving measured and consistent
increases in passenger counts and revenue through a strong Internet
presence. With a professional history including direct marketing,
graphic arts and design and 13 years of experience in airport
ground transportation, Mike ensures that both form and function
are achieved.
Robert
Lentini
Technical
Support Manager
Bob Lentini coordinates the internal and external client centric
tech support efforts of The Hudson Group. In this capacity, he
works to ensure that all technicians are properly and thoroughly
versed and capable of troubleshooting Hudson applications, products
and services. Bob is responsible for setting and overseeing the
routine and 24/7/365 emergency support services offered by Hudson.
Bob does all the configuration, management and updating of Hudsons
online hosted-server networking resources and manages all Hudson
office data, networking and telephony systems. Bob joined Hudson
in 2006 after nine years with Lyrix, Inc. a speech recognition
and unified communications company, where he served five years
as Senior Network Engineer.
Kristen
Florence
Project
Manager
Kristen Florence joined Hudson in 2007 to ensure that standardized
processes are established and observed during setup and transition
for all new clients. Kristen is the primary point of contact for
new clients during the initial installation period and develops
a list of tasks unique to each install as well as the comprehensive
installation schedule. Kristen works closely with the VP of Software
Development to assist the development team with striking a balance
between the demands of integrating emerging technologies into
Hudson applications and the requests from current clients to add
features and enhancements that will improve their business operations.
This involves a frequent and constant re-evaluation of client
needs as well as the responsibility for determining comparative
sense of urgency.

Lyndon Burnham Jr
Product
Development, Documentation, Marketing
Lyndy Burnham came to The Hudson
Group in 2003 after nearly ten years with a successful and progressive
limousine service that was named Best Large Operator in the USA
by Limousine and Chauffeured Transportation Magazine. Lyndy has
served clients as a chauffeur and has worked as Reservations Agent,
Dispatcher, Operations Manager, and Director of Corporate Development.
With his unique understanding of all aspects of a ground transportation
company and background in teaching, Lyndy frequently helps configure
Hudson systems for new clients and does much of the initial training
and orientation. Lyndy manages special projects for The Hudson
Group and also authors Hudson's TechTips client newsletter, articles
for trade publications, Hudson's online KnowledgeBase and supports
the sales team with marketing and documentation materials.
