XML Reservation Import Interface
Winter 2007-2008 - Hudson clients gather reservations from a variety of sources: booking services (such as TranspoNet), commercial airlines, travel networks, and others. The HWeb Bridge utility now supports an automatic XML feed to these reservation sources and translates and imports external reservations directly into your back end Hudson system database.

HWeb MDT - Mobile Data Terminals
Spring 2008 - Mobile computers installed in your vehicles allow dispatchers to send reservation and trip details to a touch screen enabled portable computer that is about the size of a shoe box. These devices also allow 2 way messaging and have integrated GPS Vehicle Tracking. Add a card reader and thermal printer for in-vehicle credit card swiping and receipts.

FlightView - Private Flight Tracking
Spring 2008 - Hudson adds the ability to automatically track the status of arriving General Aviation flights via the FlightView XML feed from within the HWeb Dispatcher application. General Aviation tail numbers are entered into the Flight Number field of reservations and the Hudson system lets you know the status of these flights as their scheduled pickup time nears.

HWeb Mail - Hassle-free Email Service
Summer 2008 - Finally a simple solution that works! Comprehensive email service that is fully integrated with HWeb Agent, HWeb Dispatcher and HWeb Admin and also provides centralized management for your company email accounts. Monitor and manage your email from any Internet capable device. Complete with multiple email aliases, calendar, contact management, task and notes lists, anti-spam, anti-virus, auto-respond, auto-forwarding, blacklisting, secure backup, and much, much more. HWeb Systems Monitor
Late Summer 2008 - This application will run on your server and will automatically monitor the status and health of all networked Hudson applications (and others) to ensure that all are up and operating properly. HWeb Systems Monitor will let you know if any of your critical applications such as HWeb Bridge, HWeb Exchange, SQL Server Agent, Internet connectivity, email system, or other critical components, run into trouble, lockup or are closed intentionally or by accident. You (and Hudson) will receive an instant alert, advising you of the process that is experiencing trouble. Gone are the days of having to check to ensure all is running smoothly. From now on, "No News" truly will be "Good News" with HWeb Systems Monitor on the job!

Hweb XRes - Reservation Sharing
Late Summer 2008 - With the increasing number of clients using the Hudson Suite to manage their businesses, and the increasing popularity of transportation vendor networking, HWeb XRes provides you with the ability to electronically forward or farm-out reservation details to another transportation company also using the Hudson system. No more faxing or emailing of reservations. This system will allow you to assign the reservation (in another city or market) to an affilliate transportation company and instantly and electronically transfer all reservation details to that company's Hudson database. Reservations become immediately visible in the affiliates HWeb Agent and HWeb Dispatcher applications. Speed, accuracy and efficiency through HWeb XRes.
